Unopened Items

• Full refund available if the item is returned in its original, unopened box

• Returns must be made within two weeks of purchase

• Please include your original receipt or order number

 

Opened/Used Items

• Once an item has been removed from its box, it becomes yours

• We cannot accept returns on opened or used furniture

 

Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our products! All items come with manufacturer warranties:

• Parts, Mechanisms & Cylinders: 10-year warranty

• Fabric & Upholstery: 3-year warranty
